First, mental health support is at least as important as physical protection. Second, most of the interventions do not require big financial investments, but behavioural change, which in turn requires leadership and change management skills.Autopilot technology in the field of aviation has developed over many years. However, it is difficult for an autopilot system to autonomously operate a civil aircraft under bad weather conditions. In this paper, we present a reinforcement learning (RL) algorithm using multimodal data and preprocessing data to have a civil aircraft take off autonomously under crosswind conditions. The multimodal data include the common flight status and visual information. The preprocessing is a new design that maps some flight data by nonlinear functions based on the general flight dynamics before these data are fed into the RL model. Extensive experiments under different crosswind conditions with a professional flight simulator demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively control a civil aircraft to take off under various crosswind conditions and achieve better performance than trials without visual information or preprocessing data. The inspection of electrical and mechanical (E&M) devices using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) has become an increasingly popular choice in the last decade due to their flexibility and mobility. UAVs have the potential to reduce human involvement in visual inspection tasks, which could increase efficiency and reduce risks. This paper presents a UAV system for autonomously performing E&M device inspection. The proposed system relies on learning-based detection for perception, multi-sensor fusion for localization, and path planning for fully autonomous inspection. The perception method utilizes semantic and spatial information generated by a 2-D object detector. The information is then fused with depth measurements for object state estimation. No prior knowledge about the location and category of the target device is needed. The system design is validated by flight experiments using a quadrotor platform. The result shows that the proposed UAV system enables the inspection mission autonomously and ensures a stable and collision-free flight.Cystic Fibrosis (CF) registries are an essential resource of epidemiological and clinical data. Although the median age at diagnosis is usually reported in the first months of life, a minority of individuals is diagnosed during adulthood. https://www.selleckchem.com/ The aim of this study was to describe demographic, genetic, and clinical characteristics of this subgroup of the Italian CF population by using data from the Italian CF Registry (ICFR). Patients ?18 years at diagnosis were selected and clinical data at diagnosis were analyzed from the 2012-2018 ICFR data (Cohort A). Subjects with diagnosis ?18 years were selected from 2018 ICFR dataset (Cohort B) to describe their clinical status. In 2012-18 the incidence of late diagnosis was 18.2%, whereas, in 2018, the prevalence of patients diagnosed ?18 years was 12.54%. The median age of late diagnosis was 36.2 years, ranging from 19.0 to 68.3. The male patients were diagnosed because of infertility in the 45.9% of cases. Median sweat chloride value (SCL) was 69 mmol/L (range 9-150). F508del mutation accounted for 28.3% of alleles. A wide variability in respiratory function was present with a median percent predicted Forced Expiratory Volume in the first second (ppFEV1) of 90.8% (range 20-147%). Low prevalence of pancreatic insufficiency (25%) and of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pa) infection (17%) suggest a mild CF phenotype in the majority of patients. The assessment of the clinical status in the 2018 dataset and the comparison between genders showed a greater nutritional and respiratory impairment in females. Further studies are needed to clarify the importance of a true diagnostic delay or of late onset of CF symptoms. We assessed the relative contribution of economic, personal, and affective power bases to perceived relationship power. Based on evolutionary studies, we predicted that personality dominance and mate value should represent alternative personal power bases. Our sample was comprised of 84 Czech heterosexual couples. We measured the economic power base using self-report scales assessing education, income and work status. Personal power bases were assessed using self-report measures of personality dominance (International Personality Item Pool Dominance and Assertiveness subscale from NEO Personality Inventory-Revised Extraversion scale), and partner-report measures of mate value (Trait-Specific Dependence Inventory, factors 2-6). The first factor of Trait-Specific Dependence Inventory, which measures agreeableness/commitment was used to assess the affective power base. Our results show that perceived relationship power is associated with a perception of partner's high agreeableness/commitment. Moreover, women's personality dominance and mate value are also linked with perceived relationship power, which supports our evolutionary prediction of dominance and mate value working as power bases for women. The stronger effect of women's than men's power bases may be due to gender differences in investment into relationships and/or due to transition to more equal relationships currently sought by women in the Czech Republic.E-prescribing is now widespread and, in some countries, has completely replaced paper prescriptions. In Norway, almost all prescribing is electronic, except for multidose drug dispensing (MDD), which is still sent to the pharmacy by fax or ordinary mail. MDD is an adherence aid used by one-third of all patients receiving home care services. In this paper, we present results from a qualitative study evaluating the introduction of e-prescribing for MDD in a community health care setting. The focus is on the work and workflow for the pharmacists and nurses involved in the medication-handling process. We used the pragmatic process evaluation framework and the systematic text condensation method to analyse the data. We conducted 12 interviews with 34 nurses and pharmacists. This study shows that the e-prescribing of MDD led to greater integration between systems, both within the existing MDD system and across care levels, potentially improving patient safety. However, the structured prescriptions increased the need for clarifications, resulting in an increased overall workload.
